This was the first time I’ve ever had a massage. A couple times a year I get these debilitating knots in my shoulders that impact my mobility, sleep and pretty much make life miserable. He started me on a vibration table that coordinates with sound therapy to soothe the nervous system prepping the body for release during massage. That was an incredible experience! After a conversation about my pain, Justin checked my alignment, found issues and used specific techniques to align the body. This too set me up to get a better result from the massage. He then provided an incredible massage. He is an intuitive therapist who demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the body and how to address problems specifically for pain relief and healing. I highly recommend REMassage and Justin. I had an amazing experience! As a fitness professional who also works to aid in healing I left inspired!! I can’t wait for my next experience!

Went to Cassi after a spring break camping trip. My shoulder/arm had been hurting for over a week and behind my knee was hurt.Not only was it a wonderful and relaxing massage but Cassi worked her magic and within a couple days the pain was gone! I have had never heard about acoustic vibration therapy before today. REMessage introduced me to something amazing. The experience was incredible, and left me feeling soooo good. I highly recommend trying the acoustic therapy if you have not done so. The ambiance of the office is extremely serene, the staff are extremely professional and insightful, helping you feel comfortable, relaxed, and centered. They also do messages and oxygen enrichment as well. I only tried the acoustic therapy, but it is something I think everyone should try at least once in their life, because it is almost like a hands off internal message, rather than the traditional hands on external type. 5 stars, I can’t recommend them enough.
