He started me on a vibration table that coordinates with sound therapy to soothe the nervous system prepping the body for release during massage. That was an incredible experience! After a conversation about my pain, Justin checked my alignment, found issues and used specific techniques to align the body. This too set me up to get a better result from the massage.
