He started me on a vibration table that coordinates with sound therapy to soothe the nervous system prepping the body for release during massage. That was an incredible experience! After a conversation about my pain, Justin checked my alignment, found issues and used specific techniques to align the body. This too set me up to get a better result from the massage. He then provided an incredible massage. He is an intuitive therapist who demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the body and how to address problems specifically for pain relief and healing.
